Using the NetCrafters Support Desk

If you have a web site with NetCrafters, log in to the NetCrafters Support Desk by clicking the "NetCrafters Support Desk" link on your web site's main admin page. You will need to login separately to the NetCrafters Support Desk because it is a different system.

You can also go directly to the NetCrafters Support Desk at any time by pointing your web browser to support.netcrafters.com

If you have never logged into NetCrafters Support Desk before, you can create a new login by clicking the "Sign Up" link in the top-right corner of the Support Desk's main screen. If you already have a login, then click the "Login" link in the top-right corner. If you don't remember your password, you can click the "Get a Password" link at the bottom of the login screen.

Sending an email to support@netcrafters.com will automatically open up a new ticket in the Support Desk. This is convenient because you don't need to log in to the Support Desk in order to create a new ticket. Please make sure to send it from the same email address as you use to log in to the Support Desk so that the system will know it's you. You can also send attachments with your message and they will automatically be carried through to the ticket.

If you already have a ticket open with regard to a particular subject, and you wish to continue on with further questions or information about that subject, we ask that you please use the same ticket that's already open rather than sending a new email or opening a new ticket. If you still have a previous email message that was sent from the open ticket, you can simply reply to it in email and the system will know that it is to be added onto the existing ticket. You can also send attachments with that email message and they will automatically be carried through to the ticket.

Please remember that your web site administration and the NetCrafters Support Desk are two different systems, so the login for each one is different.
